Marketing Operations Associate (Maternity Cover Contract)

This position is a 9 month contract to cover maternity leave. Prospective candidates should be available to start from 19th October 2026 and fulfil the contract period until July 2027.

 

Your mission:

The Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for supporting Marketing Operations activities across META-CWA which includes but not limited to; financial administration, demo product management, reporting and analysis. 

 

What you will do:

Finance Administration

  • Supports with managing the end-to-end PO process across the marketing team
  • Resolve invoice and accounts queries
  • Process & GR purchase orders
  • General finance administration and record keeping/filing
  • Liaising with Finance department and external customers to resolve finance queries.

 

Administration, reporting and compliance

  • General administration, record keeping, and filing
  • Maintain contract and vendor review records in line with company requirements
  • Compile and distribute presentations and reports
  • Track gifts and entertainment
  • Track demo products and ensure compliance

 

Translation Administration

  • Support the administration and coordination of Marketing translations
  • Upload localized assets to the centralized platform
  • Support completion of translation-related tasks

 

What we ask for:

  • Strong administrative skills, with an attention to detail, ensuring quality and accurate records maintenance
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination position involving relevant tasks & responsibilities
  • Ability to be logical and proactive, demonstrating the desire to follow issues through to closure
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience creating and managing Purchase Orders and payments (SAP experience is highly beneficial)
  • Commercially and financially aware
  • Budget management experience
  • IT literate
  • Ideally educated to degree level
